Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy sets out the terms and conditions regarding the shipping, dispatch, and delivery of pharmaceutical and FMCG products ordered through the Retailgrow B2B platform ("Retailgrow" or "Platform"), operated by Zepcure Biotech Private Limited ("Zepcure", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Delivery Coverage and Serviceability

Retailgrow delivers products to registered and verified business entities, including pharmacies and retailers, across designated serviceable areas in India. Serviceability is verified during account onboarding and order placement based on pincode.

2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Standard B2B orders are processed for dispatch within 24 to 48 hours after order verification and confirmation.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are typically completed within 1 to 5 business days depending on location, logistics route, and product category.
• Express / Local Delivery: For select urban zones, same-day or next-day delivery options may be available.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are calculated based on order volume, weight, delivery location, and order value. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to final order placement.

4. Order Tracking and Inspection

• Users can track the status of their shipments directly via the Retailgrow mobile app or through dispatched SMS/WhatsApp notifications.
• Receiving Shipments: Upon delivery, the recipient business representative must verify the outer packaging and seal before accepting the delivery.
• Discrepancies / Transit Damage: Any damaged packages or quantity mismatches must be noted on the delivery acknowledgement form and reported to Retailgrow support within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Temperature-Sensitive and Specialized Products

Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical items are shipped in specialized insulated packaging to maintain required temperature conditions during transit. Specific delivery instructions must be followed upon receipt to ensure product integrity.
