All onboarded Users must hold valid licenses and registrations as required under applicable law. Retailgrow operates strictly as a B2B platform and does not provide retail sales directly to end consumers.

In-App Wallet and Operations

The Retailgrow platform includes an in-app wallet feature that facilitates quick credit of refunds, returns, scheme incentives or trade adjustments, which can be applied directly towards eligible future orders, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
