  • Onboarding and verification of eligible retailers and pharmacies.

  • Processing of orders, returns, and refunds as per applicable policies.
  • Maintenance of the in-app wallet used for refunds and eligible payments.
  • Customer support and communication related to the Retailgrow platform.

In-app wallet for returns and refunds

The Retailgrow platform includes an in-app wallet that is primarily used for processing returns and refunds arising from eligible transactions. Subject to the applicable Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions:

  • Approved refunds are generally credited to the Retailgrow wallet of the concerned user account.
  • The wallet balance can be adjusted against future eligible orders placed through the app.
  • Any specific conditions, limits or expiry rules relating to wallet balances are set out in the policy documents.
